Strömkajen for Stockholm´s Ports
The work consisted of creating an accessible sign program that is functional and informative for tourists, Stockholmers and tenants (e.g. Waxholmsbolaget and Strömma). In addition, a concept was developed for decorating the buildings that is tactile, playful and offers an informative view and a rest break over the city, the archipelago and its surroundings. The graphic expression works closely with the architecture and its plate division. The aim of the work is to support the place, be informative and tell the history of the environment. The work was carried out by CH Design over two years in close collaboration with architects, lighting consultants, landscape architects, clients and tenants. The project has been awarded several awards. For the graphic work it was awarded Kolla! Silver 2014.
